For this study, we leveraged Open-Meteo data to determine which Texas cities have the coolest summers. We specifically ranked the average temperature, average cloud cover percentage, average wind speed, average daily sun hours, average apparent temperature, and average relative humidity over the last three summers. In total, we looked at 45 cities in Texas, all with populations over 100,000.
